Chris Engels, CIC – Owner, President
Chris joined his father at Engels Insurance Inc in May 2010 as the 4th generation family member to work here and became president and owner in 2021. With over 7 years’ experience in the insurance industry as a consultant, and 3 more as a business owner before joining Engels Insurance, Chris is enjoying the agency side of the insurance world. He earned his CIC designation in 2018 and his business acumen will insure that your risks are protected for today and the future.
Gary Engels, CIC - Treasurer
Gary is the Treasurer of Engels Insurance Inc, which was established by his grandfather in 1921. Gary joined his father in the agency in 1974 and became president and owner in 1982. In 1999, Gary earned his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. Because of its unparalleled standards, CIC has become the nation’s premier designation program for insurance professionals. Among 47 years of insurance experience, the CIC designation, and continuing education, your policies and questions are being handled by a true professional.
Lyn Joyce, CISR - Commercial Lines CSR
Lyn joined Engels Insurance in 1993 and worked as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative until 1998. Since 1998 Lyn has been working as a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative. In 2004, she earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation (CISR). The focus of the CISR designation is excellence in customer service which is a priority at Engels Insurance.
Peter Caso - Personal Lines CSR
Peter Caso has been in the insurance profession for over thirty years as a personal and commercial lines agent. His passion and commitment to forging strong and lasting personal relationships within the family agency system has been the cornerstone of his insurance career. Pete is now enjoying being a grandfather as well as continuing to remain an active father to children residing on both coasts, Pete enjoys the simplicity of being with friends and family enjoying long walks and longer talks around his Chester County gardens or enjoying all of nature while playing his guitar.

Mayie Ladines - Personal Lines, CSR
Mayie joined Engels Insurance in November 2023. She is new to insurance, but well educated in customer service and will be helping us out in the customer service department. You will hear Mayie's voice on the phone. She will be helping out on all service requests as well.
